Manhunt Monday - Davion Cole

On September 17, 2009, Las Vegas Metro Police say Davion Cole became involved in an altercation with his live-in girlfriend. During this incident he pushed several times, then fled the area in her vehicle. Cole later returned the vehicle to the victims apartment complex, and then fled again before officers could arrive.

 

Because of this incident Cole is wanted for:

• Battery, domestic violence.

Cole may have fled the scene of that crime because he is also wanted on other warrants including:

• Burglary - five counts,
• Home invasion - five counts,
• Grand Larceny - four counts, and
• Burglary - forced entry into a residence.

Davion Tamarie Cole is a black male adult, 24 years of age, standing 5'9"tall and weighing approximately 180 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. He has the words “compton crippin” tattooed on his left forearm, and sometimes spells his first name “Devion”. His last known address was at an apartment complex in the 4400 block of East Karen.

Cole’s criminal history include the crimes of:

• Battery domestic violence,
• Obstructing a Police Officer, and
• Traffic related offenses.

Safe Summer Nights

Community residents are invited to participate in three Safe Summer Nights celebrations that will celebrate the season and give residents the opportunity to get to know each other while enjoying free entertainment and food. Join Las Vegas Ward 5 Councilman Ricki Y. Barlow, neighbors, face painters and a DJ for music, children’s games, refreshments and fun. Free hot dogs, chips and chilled water will be served (while supplies last).

Area residents also are invited to learn about summer youth activities, health services, community safety, money management programs, adult education opportunities, living assistance and much more at these summer events. Safe Summer Nights will be held at:

Thursday, July 22, 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Matt Kelly Elementary School.
This year’s Safe Summer Nights celebrations will be hosted by the Nevada Youth Alliance and Sunrise Children’s Foundation and done in partnership with the city of Las Vegas and the Clark County School District.

Manhunt Monday - Isidro Aleman

Update: After our story on Monday, Metro received information that Aleman was arrested in Florida. Online reports found by News 3 indicated Aleman was arrested in Key Largo, FL in October of 2009. Online records do not show him as an inmate at the Monroe County, FL jail or in the Florida Corrections System. We are unable to report his current location.

On the morning of October 21, 2008, Metro Police say Isidro Aleman and his wife became involved in a violent domestic dispute at their home, located in the 1200 block of Gary Street in Southeast Las Vegas. During this confrontation Aleman got into the couples S.U.V and attempted to run over his wife. While doing this he also ran over a fire hydrant, shearing the hydrant off at it’s base, and coming to rest on top of it.

Because of these criminal actions Isidro Aleman is wanted for:

• Battery with a deadly weapon.

Aleman is also wanted on warrants issued by three other states for:

• Fraud
• Possession of dangerous drugs, and
• Larceny.

Isidro Aleman is a white male adult, 41 years of age, standing 5'8" tall and weighing approximately 185 lbs. with black hair and green eyes. His last known address was in the 500 block of Grimbsy Avenue in Henderson.

Aleman uses numerous aliases including:

• Ed Norman,
• Perfecto Reyes,
• Wilfredo Riverabiaz,, and
• Various combinations of these names with a variety of spellings.

Aleman’s criminal history includes arrests for:

• Possession of a credit card without the owners consent [multiple counts],
• Battery, domestic violence [multiple arrests],
• Possession of a controlled substance [multiple arrests],
• Under the influence of a controlled substance,
• Driving on a suspended license,
• Contempt of Court,
• Attempting to Evade a Police vehicle,
• Attempted possession of a controlled substance,
• Having an unrestrained child in a vehicle, and
• Numerous traffic, vehicle, registration and insurance violations.

Manhunt Monday - Shontaz Hutchinson

On April 23, 2009 the L.V.M.P.D. SWAT team served a narcotics search warrant at the residence of Shontaz Ellon Hutchinson, where he was arrested for various narcotics related charges. He was later released on bail, and has failed to appear in court as ordered.

 

Shontaz Ellon Hutchinson is currently wanted for:

• Possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, and

• Criminal contempt of court.

Shontaz Ellon Hutchinson is a black male adult, 37 years of age, standing 6'3"tall and weighing approximately 183 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. He sometimes spells his name with an “e” [Shantaze], and uses multiple dates of birth and social security numbers. Hutchinson’s last known address was in the 8500 block of Sonnett Court in Southwest Las Vegas.

Hutchinson’s extensive criminal history includes arrests for:

• Destroying evidence,
• Battery, domestic violence [multiple arrests],
• Child abuse,
• Trespassing,
• Jaywalking,
• Possession of narcotics paraphernalia [multiple arrests],
• Possession of a controlled substance [multiple arrests],
• Non-medical possession of a controlled substance,
• Possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell [multiple arrests],
• Trafficking in a controlled substance [multiple arrests],
• Interstate transportation and sale of drugs,
• Possession of a controlled substance for sale,
• Ex-felon, failure to change address,
• Contempt of court,
• Larceny from a person,
• Under the influence of a controlled substance,
• Grand larceny auto,
• Numerous traffic related offenses,
• Carrying a concealed weapon, and
• Robbery with a deadly weapon.

Manhunt Monday - Orlando Suarez-Perez

On March 10, 2010 the resident of a home in the 1800 block of Lamplighter Lane in Central Las Vegas returned home to find her front door open and items within the house in disarray. Responding Metro Patrol officers determined the victim had interrupted a burglary in progress. Police identified Orlando Suarez-Perez as the suspect in this crime. He is currently wanted on outstanding felony warrants for:

• Burglary, and
• Grand larceny.

Orlando Suarez-Perez is a hispanic male adult, 20 years of age, standing 5'7" tall and weighing approximately 142 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. He sometimes uses the last name of only Suarez or of Perez. His last known address was in the 3000 block of Lake Mead Drive in Las Vegas.

 

Suarez-Perez has several tattoo’s including:

• The picture of a dragon on his upper back, and
• The name “Mayellin” on his left side.

Suarez-Perez's criminal history includes arrests for:

• Multiple arrests for burglary and conspiracy,
• Possession of a credit card without the owners consent,
• Possession of burglary tools,
• Auto Burglary and attempted auto burglary
• Possession of stolen property, and
• Various traffic related offenses
