Metro seeks man who attacked taxi driver

On August 24, 2010, at approximately 10:00 p.m., the suspect pictured above robbed a cab driver in the area of South Las Vegas Blvd and Charleston. The suspect entered the cab, requested to be taken to the 1100 block of South Las Vegas Blvd. Once the cab reached the destination, the suspect asked the cab driver if he had change for a fifty. Once the cab driver pulled out the change, the suspect held a knife to the victims throat and demanded money. The suspect grabbed the money and fled eastbound.



The suspect is described as a white male, 20-29 years old, approximately 5'11", 180 lbs, with black hair. Tips called into Crime Stoppers that lead to an arrest or indictment may result in a cash reward.
