Manhunt Monday - Ramon Daniels


Ramon Dynail Daniels last contact with Metro was in August 2009 when he was the driver of a vehicle stopped by police. When Daniels stopped the vehicle several passengers exited and fled the area on foot. Daniels then accelerated the vehicle and attempted to escape from officers. He drove several blocks before crashing into a light pole and himself fleeing on foot. Based on this criminal activity Daniels is wanted for Evading a Police Officer.

Daniels may have fled from officers because he knew he was wanted on an already existing warrant for possession of stolen property.

Daniels is a black male adult, 33 years of age, standing 6'4" tall and weighing 250 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. He also uses the last name of House, and sometimes goes by the name of “Johnny Quest”.

Daniels has the names “Ann and Angelina” tattooed on his right arm, crosses tattooed on both his right and left arms, the picture of a man with a coat and hat on his left arm, and several letters or symbols tattooed on his left neck.

He also wears several distinctive hair styles, and usually has some type of a design cut into his hair on the left side of his head. His last known address was in the 3000 block of Lake East Drive in Las Vegas.

Daniels has numerous priors including:
• Multiple driving and drivers license violations,
• Narcotics related violations,
• Robbery, and
• Robbery with a deadly weapon.

Manhunt Monday - William Fountain


William Christopher Fountain is a white male adult, 30 years of age, standing 6/2" tall and weighing approximately 180 lbs. with brown hair and green eyes. His last known address was in the 2000 block of Garnet Gable in Las Vegas.
Fountain has an extensive and violent criminal history including:

• Kidnaping,
• Robbery with a deadly weapon,
• Attempted murder,
• Possession of a stolen vehicle,
• Battery domestic violence, multiple offenses,
• Numerous narcotics related charges,
• Possession of a firearm by a prohibited person,
• Possession of a stolen firearm,
• X-felon in possession of a concealed firearm,
• Possession of stolen property,
• Possession of burglary tools, and
• Numerous traffic related offenses.

In August of 2008 Fountain came into contact with officers during a traffic stop in the southeast part of Las Vegas. During their investigation it was discovered Fountain, who is prohibited from legally possessing a firearm because of his criminal record, was caring an unregistered handgun concealed within his underwear. Fountain was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and booked into the Clark County Detention Center on one count of carrying a concealed firearm. After being released on bail, Fountain failed to make his required court appearance, and is now wanted for Carrying a concealed weapon.

In June of 2009 Fountain forced his way into the home of his former girlfriend. He violently attacked her with his fists, and threatened her with a crowbar, before dragging her down the hall by her hair. He then stole several items from the home and fled before police arrived. Fountain is now also wanted for:

• Burglary,
• First degree kidnaping, and
• Battery, domestic violence.

Manhunt Monday: Patrick Trowbridge


Patrick John Trowbridge is a white male adult, 41 years of age, standing 5’11” tall and weighing 160 lbs. with red hair and green eyes. Trowbridge has tattoos on both of his arms and on his left chest, and sometimes uses the last name of “Tucker”. Trowbridge’s last known address was in the 2000 block of Lawry street in North Las Vegas.
Trowbridge has an extensive criminal history, including:
• Burglary [numerous counts],
• Possession of burglary tools,
• Possession of a stolen vehicle [numerous counts],
• Obstructing a Police Officer,
• Reckless Driving,
• Attempting to evade a Police Officer,
• DUI,
• Possession of a controlled substance [ numerous counts],
• Convicted person failure to register,
• Ex-felon in possession of a fire arm,
• Resisting a police officer,
• Possession of a dangerous weapon [numerous counts],
• Grand larceny – victim over 65,
• Possession of narcotics paraphernalia,
• Robbery, and
• Grand larceny [numerous counts].
On December 27, 2008 Trowbridge was spotted by patrol officers in the area of Viking and Arville Street driving a stolen vehicle. When Trowbridge realized he was about to be stopped by the officer, he stopped the car and attempted to flee on foot.
Trowbridge was ultimately captured and placed under arrest, but failed to appear in court as required. Trowbridge is currently wanted for Attempted possession of a stolen vehicle.

Manhunt Monday: Billy Cepero



UPDATE: Billy Cepero was apprehended August 26. An anonymous tip led Metro to his location. He ran out of the place he was hiding, and broke into a neighboring apartment. Metro's SWAT team surrounded Cepero, and took him into custody.




Metro Police are on the hunt for Billy Cepero, a Cuban born Hispanic male adult, 35 years of age, standing 5'6" tall and weighing 150 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. He sometimes uses the last name of Velazquez.
Cepero’s last known address was in the 3300 block of Myrtle Ave in Las Vegas. In the past Cepero has been known to drive a silver 2008 4-door Mazda sedan.



Cepero has an extensive and violent criminal history including acts of:
• Domestic battery,
• Robbery with a deadly weapon,
• Trafficking in a controlled substance,
• Numerous credit card and fraud related crimes,
• Possession of a firearm by a prohibited person,
• Carrying a concealed weapon,
• Narcotics trafficking,
• Burglary, and
• Kidnapping with a deadly weapon.

On May 18, 2009 officers came in contact with Cepero while conducting an investigation in an apartment complex in the 3800 block of Cambridge. Cepero immediately became combative, and during the struggle attempted to draw a weapon from his waistband. Cepero discharged his firearm, striking himself in his buttocks, and wounding a Metro Officer in the Leg. Cepero was taken into custody at that time, but was later released on bail and has failed to appear in court.

Billy Cepero is currently wanted for:
• Ex-Felon in possession of a firearm,
• Resisting a public officer,
• Discharging a firearm at or into a structure,
• Battery on a Police Officer with substantial bodily harm, and
• Carrying a concealed weapon

Billy Cepero should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with any information
