Manhunt Monday - Leobardo Gutierrez
At approximately 10:30 in the evening on May 7 , 2009, Metro Police say Leobardo Gutierrez fired numerous shots into a group of rival gang members who were standing near the intersection of Spring Mountain and Hauck. Three persons within that group were injured.
As an outgrowth of that crime Leobardo Duarte Gutierrez is wanted on
outstanding felony warrants for:
• Conspiracy to commit murder,
• Attempted murder with a deadly weapon,
• Assault with a deadly weapon,
• Battery with a deadly weapon,
• Carrying a concealed firearm, and
• Ex-felon in possession of a firearm.
Leobardo Duarte Gutierrez is a Hispanic male, 26 years of age, standing 5'10" tall and weighing approximately 170 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address was in the 3900 block of Costa Mesa Avenue in Las Vegas.
Gutierrez’s criminal history includes arrests for:
• Obstructing a public officer,
• Contributing to the delinquency of a minor,
• Removing the serial number from a firearm,
• Possession of burglary tools,
• Auto burglary,
• Affray,
• Possession of a stolen vehicle, and
• Possession of stolen property
